I have recently started using coloured pencil and I am looking forward to learning more about how to use this medium.

I am enthusiastic about nature as a theme for my art. I started with botanical illustration however more recently I have been working on children's illustration as part of the Edinburgh Children's Illustrators Group. When I am not working on illustration I have been developing my colour pencil work.

I like to have a simple narrative in my work, some of the examples here are exploring the relationship between adult and child in the animal kingdom.
