Annual Open Exhibition 2020

Important Information

Given the current situation it has been decided to move the 19th UKCPS Open Exhibition online.

This has allowed us to make a few changes.
Whilst the emphasis is on Nature in Art, as in wild nature in all its forms, a second category has been added with an open theme.

New closing date for entries

My name is Emma L. Kerridge and I am predominantly a coloured pencil and alcohol ink artist. I have a degree in Biology and Geology and a Research Masters in Biology and have loved wildlife and the natural world since I was small. This fuels the main focus of my artwork. I stayed true to coloured pencils for many years and was a coloured pencil purist, but I am now experimenting with alcohol inks and other mediums. I like to see how I can combine coloured pencils with these other mediums.

I am also a UK stockist of Prismacolor Premier, Faber-Castell, Derwent, Van Gogh, Bruynzeel and Caran d'Ache Coloured Pencils and a range of accessories too. You can find out more at
