I am a painter . After graduating in 1980 with a BA in Fine Arts from the Central School of Art and Design in London, I have been working in Oils, Watercolours and lately Coloured Pencils . My inspiration comes from 2 sources: Imagination and Nature. As regards the Imagination for me painting is bringing something into existence from a different dimension. In the Landscapes and Still-lives I try to achieve a sense of order and Harmony. Since moving to Herefordshire 19 years ago I have grown to deeply love the local landscape. I love to draw and paint the trees and the views in my village during the passing of the seasons. My objective is the creation of balance, beauty and a sense of poetry.
